Shipping Rates

We know that postage and packing costs are annoying, so we keep things as cheap as possible for you:

Europe: 4€

Rest of the world: 9€

Delivery Times

Europe: 5-10 working days

Rest of the world: 10-20 working days

Returns

Exchanges

We do provide all the sizing information for each product, but we understand that nothing quite beats trying a garment on for size. If you would like to exchange your order for another size or a different design, please notify us at info@haveanna.com within 14 days of receiving it and await further instruction on how to return your purchase to us.

Any return postage charges are to be covered by the customer and we recommend using recorded delivery because we can not accept any liability for the safe delivery of items being returned to us. Any exchanged items will again incur postage and packaging costs because we make no profit on this.

Refunds

If your order arrives and you change your mind, please notify our team at info@haveanna.com within 14 days of receiving it and you will be told to what address you should return it to.

Provided that your item is returned in the saleable condition in which it arrived, you have the right to open the package and inspect your goods. However, the products must be returned unused and unwashed. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

You will receive a refund after the product has been received and processed.

Refunds will be made according to the method of payment at the time of purchase.

Please note that you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Delivery charges are only refunded if the item(s) is(are) faulty or incorrect, otherwise you will be refunded the value of the items returned less the delivery charge.
